Hello! I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself to the ImSaturn family. I work for Saturn as the Accessories and Licensed Merchandise Manager, among other things! If you have any questions regarding current Accessories (Unfortunately Saturn only offers Accessories on current model vehicles), Licensed apparel and other stuff, or would like to comment on how you have accessorized your Saturn, feel free to drop me a note! I look forward to seeing how everyone has personalized their Saturns!
Talk to you soon!

As a result of all of the changes, I have moved on from Saturn myself. But I can still answer the question: Saturn repair parts should be for at least 5 years through other GM dealerships, following Service Parts Operations standard procedures. The parts you listed, with the possible exception of the radio, will be available for collision repair for at least the same time duration. I would find out if your local retailer has another GM franchise in the area they would recommend you go to, and hopefully they are bringing a few of their techs with them to service their Saturn customers. Glad you like the car, by the way! Too bad more people didn't know about it... Feel free to contact me with any other questions. I may not be able to answer everything, but I probably know someone who can! Good luck...

Greg, you still there? Gotta a query for you. I like my Astra XR very much, but would like it more if I could've got it with leather seating, better stereo, and 17" wheels and suspension (none of which I could get with a 5 spd, go figure). With the unfortunate demise of my favorite car brand, will I be able to do any of this through the network or do I have to get lucky at the junk yard?

Thanks for contacting me and congrats on the new car! You are correct. The 2-Way Advanced Remote Start can be programmed to control two different cars, but BOTH CARS have to be equipped with 2 -Way Advanced Remote Start.
With that said, even if you are unable to equip both cars, the The 2-Way Advanced Remote Start still communicates some great and important information about vehicle systems, as I'm guessing you know. Like door lock status, remote start status and time left until auto shut-off, odemeter reading, remaining fuel, and tire pressure, to name some.
Good luck with the car and thanks for supporting us!

Very timely, Greg. I am just breaking in my 2009 Aura XR (one of two Aura's in my driveway) and I was contemplating the ways I am going to tailor my new Aura to my needs. I recall reading somewhere that the 2-Way Advanced Remote Start can be programmed to control two different cars. I can't locate the source. Any idea if this is true? If so, I am sold. I can never tell if I am picking up the keys to the '09 or '07 until the lights flash.
