Does Saturn Customer Service care about its customers anymore?

The reason I pose this question is because it seems that way now that Penske has dropped out of purchasing Saturn. A little background first off. I own a 2003 ION, Now anyone that owns an ION hopefully is aware of the electric steering assist used across the Delta platform and how GM seems to refuse to acknowledge that it is flawed and a hazard in its current incarnation. Wow

I for one saw this coming despite Penske being painted as the saviour of Saturn and I pray that each person who has lost half the value of their car in the past twenty four hours is somehow able to itemize their taxes to recover their losses. Good luck to each of you. I will be itemizing some of my losses($6500) for all three brand new vehicles I bought from Saturn in the past year and I will never again buy a new vehicle until I have it inspected independently. Memories of days gone by....

I feel like my life has been changed forever having gone through an entire year of problems with three brand new cars and not even getting as much as an apology from Saturn. My retailer treated me like pond scum even though I had a great relationship with them with my 2004 Saturn Vue. GM to bring a 4K dollar car to the US...

Having learned first hand that GM is not the company they once were through purchasing three defective brand new vehicles in a single year. I actually think this might increase their ratings. My Hyundai accent has yet to be in the shop and it cost half of the GM cars I purchased. Something is wrong with that picture. Saturn no different from the rest.

I have owned two Saturns the first a new Sky. Dont know how they could design a car that if you take a trip you had to buy new clothes since there was not any room to carry any with you, except a change of underwear. Then I purchased a new Aura XR loaded first one in our town. Nice, in fact I was going to trade up from the $28,500 car to a new one just like it 07 for a 08. Registration is coming up in August for my Ford Explorer. I need to replace my Missouri plates with Maryland plates. And I'm not sure if the SUV will pass or how much it will cost to make it pass. A question about the rear window washer for the 2001 Saturn Wagon

After working well for years, the window washer that sprays the rear window of my 2001 Saturn Station Wagon has quit working. I filled the little tank, but that was not the problem.
