I don't know what the future holds but at least Saturn is not dead . What does ot matter where the car is made? The ions were the last made in Springhill
I was told by my salesman at the local Saturn dealer, that Saturn was going to be bought byNissan. This was about a mounth ago. Has anyone else heard this?

- What does it matter where the car is made? Susan, it's simple when you have good manufacturing U.S based companies they have a ten to 1 ratio. For every U.S auto worker job lost, 10 other people lose their jobs over time. And this ratio works in other countries as well, this is why the Germans are being so generous with extending help to their manufacturing sectors in these hard times. Buying American matters. It's why I bought mine. I have no idea what I will own in the future, but I doubt it will be a NEW American made Saturn.
