Well, it's over :( Just like the Saturn Commercial!!

Just like the newest Saturn commercial, I came home and told my husband, I lost my job - I no longer have a car, what's for dinner? Worst day imaginable? Yep, Saturn you were right, was the worst day ever. Well, what's next? I don't know, but I am gonna take a look and see if there is anything out there. In the meantime, anyone have a car for sale? Sorry, no job, shaky credit, but I hear the credit is loosening up!

Follow up

The year didn't end as badly as some made it out to be. I just got done looking at sales numbers, and quite frankly I AM IMPRESSED. The media is making a mess of things, customers questioning whether Saturn has a future or not.

Chrysler - 1,447,736
Ford - 1,942,041
GM - 2,955,860

Then I looked at a breakdown of GM sales numbers -(source Morgan & Company, Inc)
Saturn -… Continue

When the going gets tough, the winners go to work. When the going gets tough, the whiners start pointing fingers! How you think is everything. How you spend your time is everything. What you do every day is everything. Winners are the doers who spend their day "doing". Whiners are thinkers who spend their days "wondering". Ordinary peo… Continue

That sounds great!!! My metrics are looking pretty good :) No Hybrids here, we just sold ares and no one else is giving them up so people are buying Honda Hybrids. It sucks!!! Are things going better at the store though.

Hi Sandy! Well I kind of stole this idea from you :) Yes, my trainer is coming on monday and I plan to implement the e-mail templates, the whole internet process, and I am looking into a new CRM Tool. I have not yet looked into the Flip camera although I think we will with in the next 3 months :) How about you and your store? Are things better??? Hope you have a great weekend.

Oh, in regards to the Astra, I mention that it is equiped like a mid-sized sedans (I mention the safety features, automatic lights, rain-sensing wipers, etc.), but with the fuel efficiency of a compact.

Yes! Thanks for asking. I had a prev. orphan cust. I had been talking too that already had 51k miles on 6ok/48mo. S/B after only 2 yrs. He decided to trade-in for an '08 VUE. I was here a little late, but that's no problem. Better late then never!
