Astra Thule

For anyone with an Astra who's into mountain biking, Thule makes a great rack for the roof, actually uses those fix points hidden under the trap doors on the roof. It's like a custom fit. easy to install and I am able to leave it assembled remove those 4 fix point screws and hang the hole rack in my garage.(it takes 2 people to lift it off the roof easily). Add a new chapter in my Astra adventure book road trips with bikes.

ASTRA ROAD TRIP

Well it was my first big road trip with my ASTRA. from Richmond VA to Philidelphia P.A.
Went thursday afternoon to see the NCAA basketball game. What a great time! My friend was impressed with how well the ASTRA handled and enjoyed driving it. The funny thing was the valet at the hotel could not figure out how to get out of the car because the door auto locked when he brought it to us. astra 09 info.

I have an 08 Astra which I love! So when I went to Richmond auto show,I wanted to check out an 09 model, well they didn't have one.So I asked a salesman and found an interesting fact. Since the Astra is made in Belgium, he said it was to expensive right now to import them.
Well I hope to see more Astra's in the future because I think it's an awesome car..and want see more on the road.

I have an 08 Astra XR 5dr. Sapphire Black, what a great car! It recently snowed in V.A. about 7 inches. which I haven't seen in years. I traded in a 4X4 truck (mpg thing) for my Astra. well I was a little apprehensive about taking it out in the snow but we all must work. My 4x4 went thru anything.
