I think the gas prices and distance may have had something to do with folks not wanting to go. I was a member of a Corvette club in Memphis many years ago, and we used to do local activities such as rallies and scavenger hunts. I think there are plenty of local places of interest that we could check out. Also, I'm a real fan of bluegrass, and David Perry the shop manager and Jeff the parts manager are bluegrass musicians. Perhaps we could have a bluegrass picnic type of thing, perhaps even a trip up Signal Mountain to the Mountain Opry. Wouldn't that be a sight to see -- a long line of Skys winding up the mountain. In Memphis, we used to get a police escort when we had a large number of cars; it simplifies traffic flow. I don't know if they do things like that anymore. I'm retired, so I have some time to help if you would like. Judy
