Does Saturn Customer Service care about its customers anymore?
The reason I pose this question is because it seems that way now that Penske has dropped out of purchasing Saturn.
A little background first off. I own a 2003 ION, Now anyone that owns an ION hopefully is aware of the electric steering assist used across the Delta platform and how GM seems to refuse to acknowledge that it is flawed and a hazard in its current incarnation. I am on my second steering column due to its computer failing and having to replace the unit out of warranty. Coincidentally… Continue
