I have had customers more recently coming in saying they are hearing that Saturn is going to become their own brand, or selling different cars besides GM. That is good that they are getting positive news.
So how long have you been with Saturn?

At 8:03pm on March 30, 2009, John Halcomb said…: Things are okay under the circumstances. We are the top Saturn store in the region, so that helps, but it needs to get better. I do appreciate the loyal customers we have, but I am really getting annoyed a bit at the people that are stopping in just because they think we are giving cars away "now that GM is done with us".
We will keep plugging away though. Thanks for the message, yes, we do have a few items in common.
