It sucks to see any performance car leave the market :/ It's a necessary evil I guess since the car wasn't profitable; the losses were justified because it was designed to boost brand image -- a "once and over" car. I'm worried about finding parts for such a low volume car! God forbid I get into an accident and find the only things available are non-Redline headlights, front bumper or worse yet, poorly-fitting aftermarket alternatives. :( Either way, thank you Saturn & GM for making such an awesome car -- great bang for the buck! I do hope Penske hasn't completely lost his racing-minded persona; perhaps we'll see cars of this performance caliber from Saturn not before too long!

My Hydro Blue LE was made in May, the last month of Sky production I think. By comparing the VIN#s, I think I can count that there were 67 SKY's made after mine. I snagged one of the last of the breed and a Hydro Blue at that.

What a shame. The SKY and Solstice were excellent cars. GM is making a huge mistake shutting down Pontiac and selling Saturn.

I refuse to buy a re-badged Import just because it says Saturn on it.
