Need help with ID Code for XM radio

I can’t get the ID code I need to activate my XM radio. How do I get it tuned to Zero????? I need the 8-number/letter ID code. I posted a thread on skyroadster.com but I still need help. I called the dealership and I was on hold for so long, I hung up. Can someone help?

Permalink Reply by Ceeker on April 11, 2008 at 2:03pm: Press the band button untill your on XM, assuming you have an XM radio, turn to chanel "0" and it will display your radio ID. If XM does not show up when you press the band button you don't have an XM radio then your out of luck!; ▶ Reply to This

Permalink Reply by Munford Sky on April 16, 2008 at 2:34am: On your radio, locate one of the preset buttons that lists an XM station...at this point it doesn't matter which one...select it. On the far right side of the radio, there is a small dial that you need to turn counter-clockwise to dial down to channel zero to get your ID number.

I know I am xm ready, I have the antenna on top of the car.
I cant find channel 0 either.
