I weight train and work out on a daily basis. I try to mix it in with some cardio, and started doing yoga once a week to stretch out those worked up muscle. I also started swimming outdoors to cool down in the summer heat.

summertime focus is on arms development. workk the triceps for symmetry, forearms for strength, biceps just for the hell of it. twice a day would be nice.

50 pushups each morning, 50 pushup each night, everything else is gravy.

So...?...LET'S GET STARTED...! :)
Who else is into Working out and Weight-Training...?
My Current Stats are 6ft, 187lbs, 33w, 16b, 12% body fat.
GOAL is to to get to a 32w 17b and under 10% body fat !
I would appreciate any and all advice, motivation, and regular correspondence from others in this FITNESS group....I will be happy to do my share, like-wise, for others, too.
